Slug and Bootlick (Japanese :スラッグ Chinese:拍马屁 ) are two of Twitch's cat gang called the Outlaw Cats and Twitch's primary followers in the movie An American Tail: The Mystery of the Night Monster. Both Slug and Bootlick are dimwitted. At the near end of the film, they were chased away by the Dog Council. Later it is revealed that the Outlaw Cats probably including Slug, Bootlick, and even Twitch were last seen fleeing up East Avenue, and were not seen again.
Bootlick was voiced by Joe Lala and Slug was voiced by Jeff Bennett in the japanese dub Bootlick is voiced by Daisuke Sakaguchi and slug is voiced by Megumi Ogata
