
Franklin Wendell "Frank" Welker (born March 12, 1946) is an American voice actor. He is best known for voicing Freddie in the Scooby Doo! franchise as well as the main character after Don Messick's death. He is also best known for his Disney roles and provides the vocal sound effects for the animals and monsters in many animated films.
