Winifred Bessamay de Winkerville, (simply known as Bess) is a minor protagonist character in All Dogs Go to Heaven: The Series. She is a Cocker Spaniel who is the love interest, later girlfriend, of Itchy Itchiford.

She was voiced by Tress MacNeille Or Inori Minase.

Appearance

Bess Is A Female Reddish Brown And Tan Colored Cocker Spaniel , she is sometimes shown to be wearing a purple shirt and pants with green trim.

Relationships

Itchy Itchiford

Bess and Itchy are proven to be a better couple than Charlie and Sasha. As Itchy tries to be the best boyfriend to Bess, they never argue or disagree, and it's very rare for Bess to lose patience with Itchy.

Manfred

Bess hates Manfred but Manfred thinks Bess likes him and it makes their relationship more negative when Manfred attacked Itchy while Itchy was defending Bess.

Sasha la Fleur

Bess and Sasha meet for the first time in episode Mutts Ado about Nothing, and decide to plan a double date with Charlie and Itchy in order for the two to stop fighting. Bess and Sasha seem to get along in the episode and can relate to each other.
