20th Century Fox (also simply known as Fox) is an American film studio that had released Don Bluth's last few titles, most notably Anastasia and Titan A.E., not only that, they acquired the rights to Thumbelina, A Troll in Central Park and the international rights to The Pebble and the Penguin from Warner Bros. in the early 2000’s. It has been subsidiary of the Walt Disney Studios since March 20, 2019 and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures is in charge of distributing its films.

It was formed from the merger of the Fox Film Corporation and 20th Century Pictures in 1935. In 1985, the studio was acquired by News Corporation, which was split and succeeded by 21st Century Fox in 2013, after spinning off its publishing assets.

On December 14, 2017, the Walt Disney Company announced that it was acquiring most of 20th Century Fox's parent company, 21st Century Fox, including the film studio,[1] completing the merger on March 20, 2019.

Disney also now owns the rights to the studio’s pre-2019 film library (including all of the Don Bluth films that were distributed by Fox), with the exception of films that were originally released by Fox, but sold to other studios, such as DreamWorks Animation’s 2013-2017 library, which is now owned by Universal Pictures and the TerryToons cartoons, which are now owned by Paramount Pictures.

20th Century Fox was renamed to 20th Century Studios on January 17, 2020.
